The Lhasa Gas Turbine Operation and Maintenance Project Department brought us a beautiful team building activity in this place where there is no shortage of oxygen and spirit.

Lhasa Gas Turbine Operation and Maintenance Department:In order to complete the "peak winter" power maintenance task of the Tibet Central Power Grid, all personnel devoted themselves wholeheartedly to the operation and maintenance of gas turbines during the more than 100 day power maintenance period. In order to ensure that the gas generator set can start and stop as needed, the operators and maintenance personnel of the four shifts have adopted a flexible shift mode, fully demonstrating the convenience of gas turbine power generation and scientifically reducing the economic cost of gas turbine operation;The stable power generation of the unit was ultimately ensured, and the operational advantages of the gas turbine were utilized, providing strong power supply guarantee for the Tibet Central Power Grid.

After appropriately relieving the pressure of power supply, the project team was divided into three groups. Two groups of personnel stayed at their posts to continue power supply, while one group carried out team building activities to encourage employees to balance work and rest. Departing on April 5, 2023, accompanied by beautiful scenery along the way, we crossed the beautiful Sejila Mountain Pass and passed through the steep and thrilling Yarlung Zangbo Grand Canyon. We saw beautiful peach blossoms, rode horses to visit the Lulang Forest Sea, experienced the primitive forest of Xincuo, and enjoyed the beautiful Basongcuo Lake.

The Tibetan students in the project department actively integrated into the team and took the initiative to serve as tour guides, which was also a source of joy for our entire team and reflected the strong friendship between the Tibetan and Han families.

Our first stop was the beautiful Sejila Mountain Pass.

In this vast and mysterious valley, towering snow peaks and swirling clouds are full of poetic charm. Especially when we line up and slide down the mountain slope, it also tests the teamwork; While admiring the surrounding snow and snow peaks, I felt the moment when the wind brushed past my cheeks. During the sliding process, I could hear the sound of snow particles jumping under my feet and feel the gentle friction of the snow surface on my body. Suddenly, I forgot all my worries and anxieties, and my mood became particularly open.

After passing through the Sejila Pass, we arrived at the town of Lulang. In the small town of Lulang, colleagues rode horses and felt the strong forest atmosphere, shuttling through the endless grasslands as if strolling in a paradise. The beautiful mountains and emerald green grasslands complement each other, and the sunlight shines down, piercing through the layers of leaves and landing on the horse's back, gently jumping. From time to time, birds fly by, like a shooting star cutting through the sky, making one's heart flutter.

The next day, we passed through the Yarlung Zangbo Grand Canyon, Mount Namgyapawa, and other attractions.

When we arrived at the Peach Blossom Scenic Area in Linzhi City, we were amazed by the blooming peach blossoms in the high mountains and valleys. The pink peach blossom sea, like a gemstone embedded in the valley, looked particularly brilliant. Under the sunshine, it was even more brilliant, like a moving painting. The distant mountains are slowly awakening, shrouded in clouds and mist, like a painting. Walking towards the depths of the scenic area, the peach blossom trees stood tall and floated high, with elegant pink flowers blooming on them. Faced with such a magnificent scene, my mood was extremely happy.

On the third day, we arrived at Xincuo Scenic Area.

Experience the natural beauty of primitive forests. The forest here is known as the "world's oxygen giant reservoir", with almost no newly developed scenic spots, maintaining its original ecological style. The fairy tale like forest, mountain springs, and flower sea make people intoxicated. Strolling at the top of the tree, listening to the wind and appreciating the unique charm of nature.

Finally, we arrived at the shore of Basongcuo Lake.

Appreciating the beautiful lake in this Tibetan region. The lake water here is clear to the bottom, crystal clear, like a sapphire set in the mountains. The distant mountain peaks are reflected in the lake, as if invisible. Their reflections are like a beautiful painting, making people marvel at the incredible craftsmanship of nature.

The most unforgettable thing is the fragrant and pleasant peach blossoms. The beauty of peach blossoms lies not only in their brilliant colors, but also in the diverse and exquisite feeling. Through these few days of travel, we have deepened the emotions among colleagues in the project department, and also reflected the national sentiment of the Tibetan and Han families. Everyone enjoyed the joy of the journey to the fullest, which is undoubtedly the most unforgettable experience.
