The Eastern Gas Turbine Maintenance Project has been our aspiration for many years. With too many expectations, aspirations, ideas, and requirements, we cannot let down the trust of the owners and ensure that the project meets high-quality standards; To explore innovation and showcase a brand new maintenance style; To strive for excellence and control the maintenance process to the extreme, etc; It is precisely these goals that put tremendous pressure on the project leader from the beginning. The E-class gas turbine overhaul has already been carried out with ease, and the organization can be said to be able to cope. Although Mitsubishi units have knowledge of it, they have not formally organized the overhaul. In addition, the F-class gas turbine overhaul is protected by the manufacturer's technology, and the number of organized overhauls is not many. Moreover, this overhaul requires the replacement of turbine nozzles and moving blades without lifting the rotor, which is extremely difficult compared to conventional maintenance; Fortunately, after multiple communications and technical exchanges with the owner, many concerns were gradually eliminated, giving us great confidence and a plan to organize this maintenance well.

With the launch of the project, the project department was established one month in advance to meet the requirements of the owner, familiarize themselves with the technical information of the unit, provide training and briefing for construction personnel, survey the site to formulate placement areas, customize new tool containers, and configure new branded tools. This officially kicked off the maintenance of the Eastern Gas Turbine.

The preparation work was done very well, and the construction was carried out with great precision. The entire construction site implemented the 8S management standard, and the placement and maintenance of components were orderly; All tools are managed using QR code positioning, making it easy to locate lost, damaged, and queried items at a glance; Monitor the construction area without blind spots, making centralized viewing and management easy and convenient; Implement the three lectures and one implementation before the work shift, and the maintenance requirements and standards are vividly remembered; All maintenance personnel are dedicated, promoting the spirit of craftsmanship, bravely climbing the peak of quality, and striving to create an industry benchmark for gas turbine maintenance.
